How much is 15ml? It is only a small bottle of ink, but at a polling station, it has an important job to do. This year, we cooperated with an Indian customer for the first time and customized a batch of 15ml 8% Silver Nitrate Indelible Election Ink. At the polling station, a clear purple mark makes a voter’s status easy to identify. That is exactly the purpose of this product — small in size, but important in the voter identification process.

The key to this ink’s performance lies in its 8% silver nitrate formulation. When the ink comes into contact with the skin and fingernail, it forms a relatively long-lasting dark mark that cannot be easily removed by normal washing. The concentration of silver nitrate also affects the marking speed, color intensity, and duration of the mark. The product comes in an individual 15ml bottle, making it convenient for distribution, carrying, and storage across different polling stations. In actual use, the ink is typically applied to the finger and fingernail area, and the mark on the skin can remain visible for at least three days.
